Clean, Comfortable, & Cozy

This home is a wonderful place to stay with family. It is roomy enough to allow everyone their space but has a cozy feel. The gathering areas in the kitchen, dining room and living room are perfect to gather around and enjoy family time. Our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely book here again.

Charming historic home and neighborhood

We loved the front porch and back deck. The front swing was a great coffee spot and the neighborhood felt safe and was very cute. Lots of families with young children and dogs walking around. The property is full of historic charm. Hardwood floors, moldings and nice sized bedrooms. We were very comfortable in this house & area. Close to downtown and Greek Village. Plenty of on street parking. The host was very responsive.

6 adults in Columbia for South Carolina vs Ole Miss football game from TN. House as described in photos and descriptions. Great seating for 6 adults in den. We didn’t cook at all lol. Comfortable beds and linens. Street parking except covered carport for 1 vehicle. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home with very responsive Manager

Our family including adult children/spouses stayed in this lovely home for our granddaughters graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. Our stay was perfect. The house was exactly as portrayed in pictures, with so much southern charm. It was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. It was wonderful we all could stay together instead of 3 separate hotel rooms Even more amazing was the very prompt responsiveness from the property manager. We noticed the home was missing a small kitchen item(corkscrew) and one was delivered . This was not asked for or expected, just done. The home is 15 minutes or so from Fort Jackson and only a mile from downtown Columbia and some amazing restaurants! I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to stay in Columbia.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. We had a daughter graduate from BCT, Fort Jackson and this was the perfect place after graduation for our family to reconnect. The personal touches located around the house truly makes this the perfect get away. We even left our American flags for other families to enjoy! Thank YOU .... Wonderful historic home in quaint neighborhood. Beds/linens are comfortable. So nice to have a place that provides basic amenities like coffee/tea, shampoo/condition, and basic cooking necessities. Property manager was very flexible and accommodating. There is a very nice playground within walking distance. Side deck off kitchen is great for eating outside. The neighborhood is nice with sidewalks. Very convenient to campus and the zoo is right nearby.
