Located in the desirable Riverside neighborhood, and walkable to Historic Downtown Columbia, this guest house has everything you need to enjoy a great stay in this amazing town. It is a spacious 2 story layout, attached to our family home.

It's been completely renovated from the floor to ceiling with so much love and care.

Perfect little place

FILTHY!

Even though this place looks cute from the pictures, it was so dirty. There was lots of disgusting hair in the shower, orange mildew on much of tile grout, mounds of hair and dirt under the bed, smashed food on the rug in the sitting area, stains, like a fraternity house reject, on the sofa, filth and dirt , hair, etc., on the floors, and in the corners, even on the stairs. A stain on the fitted sheet upstairs, Dead bugs, crumbs, and debris on the rug in the upstairs bedroom, black film in the coffee maker water well, black film on the water filter in the water picture in the refrigerator, Scum and hair in the wash machine door in the kitchen, No hot water in the bathroom sink. Owner came over to clean again when I asked for a re-clean. Then I discovered more hair:debris and asked for him to come vacuum again. Since the house was still not clean, I decided to clean the shower myself with products I brought from home, because I knew it would be cleaned properly. Claim they sanitize and clean. I have NEVER stayed in a more disgusting rental. I left after three days when my health started to be affected. They would not refund me. I had it booked for 11 nights. I brought a mold test kit with me to test the HVAC, the bed and couch. Test plate came back overgrown with many mold colonies. I asked, before I booked, if their house was still mold free, I am allergic to mold and was coming to the area to seek health. Seemed like nice ppl until they refused to refund me 8 unused nights.
