Very cool spot!

Upon arrival, the parking was accommodating and the entry process was very easy thanks to the “boarding pass.” I would recommend pulling in and up to the wall and backing into the side space by the palms to pull out of the property- Steep entrance in and out of the property so be aware of that but not a problem at all with a truck or SUV. This two-story house has a nice open feel thanks to the floor to roof open space when you walk in, kitchen is large and has everything we needed to prepare meals. There are coffee machines and fridges upstairs and downstairs, not much missing from this location! There aren’t any extra blankets though so if you are one to cuddle up on the couch with a blanket, bring one from home! And bring your own hairdryer! The rooms were spacious and all rooms had TVs and comfortable and stylish furniture. The house is located across from a dining and shopping area that would be nice to walk around I am sure, but the weather did not permit us being able to go check it out. There were several options for food and other necessities within 0.6 to a few miles away so we never had to go far for anything. This place is awesome! The only thing that I gave a 4-star rating was “cleanliness” and that was because the floors were dirty. My toddlers feet and all of our socks were black after running around for a short while and there was visible debris on the floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Downtown Columbia!

We had an excellent stay at this home while visiting Columbia! Very clean, lots of room and my kids loved having their own space upstairs complete with a full bath and sitting room. Close to shopping and restaurants. The host was very responsive whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Tv could not get to pick up for meeting also lighting in meeting area also lightning out side,also had issues with random people knocking on door asking for hand outs also never had to pay for early check in and late check out but all in all great stay thanks

Great house!

The house was very beautiful and spacious! We lived in Columbia for most of my adult life and was familiar with the neighborhood. I didn't think of it as a residential area but the city has changed! The house is close to the Vista, the State museum EdVenture and so many other landmarks. We enjoyed being back!

First time in Columbia

The house was very clean, spacious, and well-thought out in terms of lighting, comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen appliances and cookware. Wendy was super accessible and friendly. The one downside was traffic noise/busy streets surrounding the place which made it a bit tricky to walk places.

Nice space

Overall gave it a 4 but had its pros and cons: The space inside was great! Large bedrooms, bathrooms, separate living rooms, lots of TVs, etc. my baby was able to nap away from my toddler to not be woken up, I was able to work some when needed but yet we were all never far away from each other. The floors were dirty which wasn’t great with a crawler but otherwise the place seemed clean. Location was good in the fact that it was only a couple miles from soo much: baseball field, parks, restaurants, children’s museum, etc. however it is in the curve of an extremely busy (and loud) one way road! They supply sound machines in the rooms even to help drown out the noise when sleeping, which was very considerate, but was just a busier, louder spot than anticipated. The check in process and check out process was super easy which was huge when traveling with young kids as you don’t have time for long drawn out processes. Any questions were quickly answered and when I rented a high chair it was dropped off promptly. The ease of this was a huge pro.

It is located in a very busy one way street, so traffic noise is always present. The noise machines are a welcome addition! Beds are extremely comfortable and everything seemed clean. The kitchen could use a toaster and some updated pots and pans. I would suggest a couple of boxes of kleenex for guest use. There are plenty of closets and tvs which is nice. If you need work space, there are 2 dining tables and an upstairs desk.
