“Hotel was great. Location is excellent! Overall, very clean and truly gracious hospitality team. The one negative was the noise from the street was really loud. I recommend you check that when booking. I was so exhausted, I didn’t think to ask after my flight was cancelled. The bed was comfortable and I still slept hard despite the noise.”

“Everyone was so welcoming upon entering the hotel , very clean, great breakfast! Thank you , if I am in Columbia ,SC again will definitely stay here again. Love the pillows.”

“Directions for parking and entry were easy to follow. Room was large, clean and well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Coffee was good. Would definitely recommend. ”

“The junior suite was dark and dreary it needs some updating that includes the bathroom. The pictured suite online is bright and spacious not like the actual room 432.”

“The property was very nice, the rooftop bar was a nice vibe, you recieve two free drink tokens at checkin to use at the bar. The room was nice as well. My only issue was at checkin; when I entered the hotel I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. I wasn’t aware that checkin was near the bar so I proceeded to a near by desk that I assumed was checkin since no one greeted me at the bar. The desk was unmanned so I stood by waiting for someone to return and that never happened. The lady who was at the……

“The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?”

“While the hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice, the walk to the parking garage was overflowing with trash and sadly many unhoused people.”

“Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great.”

“The water of swimming pool looks like no clean”

“The towel bar on the shower was not connected on one side- there were maintenance issues that needed addressed and an extension cord with lights plugged in laying in the floor. It was clean but appears they need to do some maintenance to the rooms.”

“Was charged a 150 dollar in room fee that I don't even know what for. I didn't buy or order anything from hotel or on tv. They won't call me back I can't even imagine what they offer that costs as much as the room. I guess I'm gonna contact my credit card and dispute it.”
