「Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel」

「We had an issue with the AC not being turned on before we got there. It was miserable hot- and we arrived late. It did take a extraordinary amount of time for the house to cool down. However I gave the host 5 stars because they called me right away, walked through some problem shooting and offered to come over in the middle of the night to assist.」

「The property was exactly as described and in such an ideal area for walking everywhere. The Host responded promptly and was very professional throughout. The lock codes were personalized to us and they gave us no issues and there was no learning curve. I appreciated the simple things like towels and sheets and shampoo and all the basic little things that allowed us to pack less. Would definitely recommend to someone wanting to visit Fell's Point or the surrounding neighborhoods. Thank you!」

「This is one of the best rentals I have experienced, probably since I began using these types of services. The host communicated quickly (even on Sunday) and didn't have a bunch of fluff to make check in or check out frustrating. If I am in the Baltimore area again, I will definitely rent from this host. Access to food, entertainment and shopping. What more could you need, thank you!」
