"The parking was horrible. They had the back parking lot closed. Yet they continued to assign customers to the rooms back there. So we had to walk with all our belongings to get to our rooms. The room was not very clean. A freaking baby roach walked across the counter as soon as I got in my room. The room had no microwave or refrigerator. They wouldn't change my room because I booked with Expedia. The ice machine was broken all weekend. The lied to me at check in, saying they had ice behind their counter. Yet went I went to get ice they claim they were all out. The customer in the room above me was so loud at 3 o'clock in the morning, but I couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work and it was filthy, covered in tobacco. The heat didn't work, I like to froze every night. I will never stay at that Red roof inn again. I will never recommend them to anyone I know."

"There was no breakfast bar or free coffee. The prices were more than expected since there was no microwave in the room. Parking was horrible and expensive. You can get a pass for 34.00 and day which lets you come and go at will."
