「When we checked in, there was nobody at the front desk for a while, the chairs look old and dirty, there is no electrical plug near the end table and no coffee maker. 」

「Melody was the host who checked us in last night. She was so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable I wanted to call down and see about checking out late so I could fall back to sleep… but I didn’t. We have stayed at this property before and always an excellent experience!」
