Quick trip for a concert

We were in town for one night for a concert. The directions were very detailed and helped tremendously. The place was clean, well stocked and looked just like the pictures that were posted. We had a great stay!

Very sweet staff but not in the Short North at all..

The house we originally took space in was quite old but decorated nicely, the problem was that the ceiling began leaking due to an air conditioner problem or something of that sort and at first it was extremely frustrating because we couldn't cook and WERE NOT close to the Short North to get food like the listing said.. we were actually a ten minute drive from there in an Uber. There may have been some staffing inconviences because normally i found the company super attentive but unfortunately on this day it was a mess as far a communication was concerned... once the handy man finally got there he understood that we literally couldn't stay there due to the ceiling leaking (which sucks but also happens in life) and I will say management came through in the end. They got us situated in a very lovely home, still not in the Short North but closer at least. Overall, I would book with them again but would also do a very thorough job mapping out the location.
