Worst front desk and they called the cops on me for noise complaints while I was in the restaurant up the street at BJ eating. Police ended up kicking me out no redund of a day or anything. STAY AWAY!!!

This was a poor location. I watched my car every night and I still woke to my bumper getting sideswiped. I also noticed wine corks and trash every morning in the parking lot. My husband is missing some pills that were in his nightstand. You only get once a week housekeeping service and we were there 10 days and had no housekeeping at all in our room. You have to go get everything for your room yourself at the front desk. I received evil looks if I dared to ask to have towels delivered to our room. For the price you pay you would expect more service. The stairwells and the second floor(our floor) smelled of weed. We had a questionable bug in our room.I believe it was a cockroach. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. But if you didnt get there in time there was nothing left. We were supposed to have a queen bed but we had a double mattress on a queen base. Would not stay here again.

I booked this hotel because it said free breakfast and all that was there was just granola bars. That is not breakfast in my eyes and I can’t believe we paid this much money and you don’t get free breakfast and you guys don’t even have a pool. I’m very disappointed with you guys description of what amenities you have and then you do not have them. We could have stayed at a different hotel nearby that had breakfast but when I read that you guys had breakfast, I want to head and booked with you. I’m very disappointed in the stay and I will not be staying at this type of hotel ever again! Please be sure that the head of this company reads this review.

Not great but ok
stopped here to get some sleep on a trip back home. hotel was ok, not great, not the worst ever. our room and had ground up chewing gum on the carpet that was sticky and you can tell it had not be vacuumed. hair in the shower. bed sheets had a faint smell of smoke or it could have been the detergent. either way was not real pleasant. breakfast was coffee and granola bars and packaged muffins.

EXACTLY WHAT I paid for-Not Hilton-Budget hotel
You get what you pay for - standard, cheap, safe, reliable - that's all I wanted and needed and it's exactly what I got so if you want HILTON LEVEL SERVICE - this is not for you but if you want a decent, safe, spacious, WiFi enabled room with a good TV and fridge and microwave - THIS WAS PERFECT for me- desk staff have been very reliable and helpful and are generally available all day every day - weekend contact after 11 was challenging but still there - they cover 2 properties so it is understandable

The property is in a sketchy area with sketchy people. The bed feels like bricks with a blanket on top. Having a hot shower took about 30min of the water running for it to get warm enough to bare a shower. The staff was nice however.

Hated my stay
People were hanging right outside the front door smoking, and I had to get through them to get to the door. My room smelled horrible upon entry. I opened a window hoping that would help. It smelled like a pet had peed mixed with someone smoking packs of cigarettes. And the TV’s remote didn’t work. I made my concerns at the front desk and the young lady tried spraying something in the room (which she admitted she could also smell), but that didn’t help at all. I couldn’t wait to leave there in the morning! Never again

We didn’t even end up staying the night because we felt so unsafe. The other guests would watch us come and go which didn’t sit right with us considering they could tell when we were in our room.
