Second time staying at Hilton garden inn , first time was at Penn State and this time at Polaris Columbus Property is well maintained and clean with no over the top luxury amenities. It is great for general purpose travel like dropping kids off at college or similar. Clean and quiet and well situated near Polaris shopping center. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

The room could have used another cleaning. I’m not a fan of bathroom hair. My room had a Peleton bike that had no outlet for a plug in, nor a cord for the bike, therefore it didn’t work. This was very odd since it was a “Peleton” room. The phone cord was broken, so no phone. Other than that it was ok
