Clean, well-organized room with plenty of power outlets (including USB power) and a nice big television. Nice shower, good water pressure. Free breakfast was above average. All of the staff members were cheerful, friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

The room was clean and fresh! The stuff was extremely helpful and kind! We were there for a big event, and they offered us shuttle from the hotel to the Convention Center to drop us off and to pick us up, I think that was a great help! Besides that they let us stay extra time for check out since our flight was around 4. The area was quiet and clean. In general we were very pleased.

I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. The room was spacious and well laid out. A desk area, a coffee bar with fridge and a well appointed lounging area. The beds were super comfortable and the shower had hot water with plenty of pressure. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful with nearby dining options.

Overall, a positive experience. Check-in was only a few minutes. The room was spacious & clean. The Buffet was one of the best complimentary breakfast's I've ever had; with plenty of selection and the breakfast sausages & home fries were hot. We used the complimentary shuttle to drop us off before & after the Blue jackets game. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Columbus /OSU over some of the overpriced hotels in the downtown core. Your money goes farther at the Hyatt and all staff were great!

The location, in the Grandview Yard, was terrific. The Hyatt is in a walkable area with several good places to eat (Dim Sum Asian Bistro, Past Times Pub). The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive-scrambled/hard boiled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, potatoes, cold cereals, steel-cut oatmeal, fresh cut up and whole fruit, bagels, toast, tortillas, yogurt, oj, apple juice, coffee and tea. The staff (Saundra & James) were friendly and helpful as were the housekeeping people. It's a great place to stay; we will return.
