The hotel itself was very nice, however the staff was rude at check-in and when we got to our room it was supposed to be a king room and it was twin. When I called the front desk the same rude lady told me that when all the king rooms are taken they downgrade, how is that even possible? I booked a king room a week prior to our arrival. We made the best of it anyway and had a good visit to Columbus!

We don't splurge on Hotels, (I have NEVER stayed in a four star hotel) but we decided to spoil ourselves. We have decided that if we get back to the Columbus area, this is where we will stay if possible. The staff were very accommodating, the common areas of the hotel were very nice and clean,the bathroom was very clean, and we loved the shower, the room was VERY clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The only negatives I have are, the parking lot entrance is very dark, and neither my husband or I were fans of the sliding glass door for the bathroom. But as stated above, we will book a room here again.
