This townhome offers 2 bedrooms (5 total Beds to sleep 10-12 max), 1.5 bathrooms. KEY FEATURES: Hot Tub, Pool Table/Darts, Sauna, workout area, 2 car garage W/ 2 more parking spots in Victorian Village/Short North very close to High Street! Close enough to enjoy everything on High Street but just far enough to enjoy the neighborhood feel of Victorian Village! Less than a mile from OSU Campus, less than a mile north from the Columbus Convention Center, and 1/4 mile from all of the best bars.
For your safety, please note that we have a security cameras on the property. It is positioned at the back entrance, providing a clear view of the backyard.

We had our two grandkids and our little dog and we really enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the things that we wanted to visit and my daughter lives a 15 minute walk away so it was perfect. Beautiful spacious property. We felt at home. Used the hot tub a few times but it needed water added and a bit of a clean up. The fenced in back yard was nice for our pooch. The garage in back was convenient for parking. Would stay again.

Fantastic location within walking distance of lots to do! We appreciated the easy checkin and checkout process. The two-car garage made parking easy and has outlets for an EVSE. The hot tub was hot upon arrival. Great experience all around and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We couldn’t get the outside TV to work but didn’t ask our host about it and the hot tub could have had more water in it but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. We would definitely come back. Great location and privacy.

Our son competed in a competition at the convention center and the house was a short drive and within a 20 minute walk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great to relax in after his competition. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will want to book again next year if our son competes again.

Wonderful stay! Comfortable, clean and close to everything. When we were deciding where to stay, Brian was so courteous and quick to respond. This rental had particularly easy check-in and check-out procedures compared to other rentals. The sauna and hot tub were such a nice way to start and end the days after milling around Columbus. We really enjoyed our stay in this unique & cozy home. It’s in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do in Columbus, yet surprisingly quiet at night. While we occasionally heard traffic, it wasn’t disruptive, even for light sleepers like us. The home is tastefully decorated & has a warm, welcoming vibe. The garage was a major plus, & we appreciated having that convenience.We didn’t use the hot tub, but it's worth noting that the listing mentions a camera with a full view of the backyard. That would’ve been a deal-breaker for us had we planned to use the outdoor space more — it's a bit too invasive for our comfort.That said, the house was perfect for our short stay. We didn’t use the pool table, sauna, or workout equipment, but those amenities are great to have & may be a big plus for others. Overall, a solid stay in a comfortable, well-located home.

Perfect location and amazing amenities.

We were in town for an event at the convention center and this was perfect walking distance. So many food options and coffee shops a few minutes away. After the event this was perfect for relaxing and had activities for the family to stay busy. 10/10!!

My group stayed here for the OSU and TN game. Its location for games is nice. We walked from the house. Its old and creaky but was good for our needs. Nice sauna and hottub. Youtube tv and internetinternwrt worked great.

I play pool a lot, and the pool table was a pretty high quality. I really enjoyed the sauna after a long days at work it helped a lot. If I was to give a critique, the only thing I would say is the couches are electric, but they don’t work so they’re slightly uncomfortable definitely not a dealbreaker though
