It's worth the amount

It was easy to find, 10 mins from everywhere it seemed like, just in a sketchy neighborhood and has a few things that needed worked on. Easy check in process and owner was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer.

Easy and accommodating

Good for what we needed, there isn’t a living room but the kitchen area has a table that fit our needs for “gathering” The one bed was very large and both beds were comfortable. While we didn’t need any for our overnight stay, there were supplies including towels, hair dryer, shampoo, ironing board and iron, soap, pots and pans in the kitchen as well as plates and utensils. Each of the two bedrooms had a desk and window ac unit (and what looked like a wall heater as well but I didn’t look at it). We returned after dark and the parking area was well lit and secure. Host was great with communication and answering some questions I had before hand about additional parking for more vehicles. Would recommend for short or long stays
