  • 1/2 Duplex with private driveway offstreet parking (2 cars adjacent 20' from front door). 1300 s.f. , Kitchen for those who love cooking (Gas stove, granite counters, great appliances). Just 16 minutes to the Columbus Zoo! 5 Min. to OSU. 1 block to route 315. Six mins. to downtown Columbus. 1/2 block to the peaceful Olentangy Bike/Walking trail access. Whole interior recently rehabbed. Open 1st floor, 65" flatscreen, 2 king beds. Great location for looking for well appointed temp housing. Immediate access to route 315 /OSU Campus, Columbus sporting and concert events. A plethora of nearby breweries, art galleries, local restaurants, and furniture stores all within a short walk, scooter ride. High speed Wi-Fi. Hospital/ occasional emergency vehicles/sirens. White noise machines and back bedroom work great for most, Let us know if you need both sides of the house to double up for your stay.

Christmas week—we stayed at this wonderfully clean and well-provisioned twin and we would stay here again. It’s close to our kids & grandkids so we were only really sleeping here. This is a very clean place. And the beds are really comfortable. There’s some street noise but that is easily solved by using your cell phone and playing some ocean waves/white noise. Highly recommend!

So cozy and comfortable!!!!

Easy booking and check in/out process, the place is so cute and comfortable! We stayed for a concert at Ohio Stadium, so it’s a great location. The beds are SUPER comfy, I even asked where they were from.

Beautiful renovation of this house led to a lovely weekend and a relaxing getaway. We cooked our meals there and had a good time playing games and building a puzzle on the table.

Very clean and cute refurbished place, well stocked with things for cooking, saw a couple of deer in the back yard - pretty cool. Beds were comfy, laundry on site was helpful. Centrally located to family and events.Only slight complaint that the bathroom is on the second floor but, it worked.

Very nice property in good condition. Near great walking/biking trails. A little difficult backing out of the driveway due to road traffic, but that is a minor annoyance.

Great Location

The house is in a great location, easy to get ubers to Ohio State stadium and casino, owner is great at communicating and easy check in and out process! Definitely staying here again for our nxt trip to Columbus!

Great place to stay - close to everything

Brian (owner) was responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a family visit and found that every place we wanted to go was convenient to the location.
