This stay was amazing, we slept well/ate well every day. The AC is a bit loud but if you don't really need it you can just shut it off.
The food is good, on weekdays it's eggs, sausage/ ham/bacon. There's rice with toppings in packets and seaweed. Prepackaged burritos/ham&cheese croissant/spinach quiche/biscuit sandwiches (these rotate everyday). There's a section with yogurt, oat milk, chocolate milk and regular milk. Then there's an area with breads, bagels and English muffins. There's peanut butter, jelly, and butter for that. There's bananas/oranges. There's a section for toppings to put on your yogurt. And then there's the cereal/packaged cup oatmeal section. There's also an orange juice/apple juice dispenser and water bottles. On weekends there's the addition of the waffle station. Overall I'd say it's a good breakfast selection. I haven't been to other hotels to compare but I say it's a solid choice.
Parking is easy/convenient. They do charge daily though. Expedia says per stay, I asked front desk, they said it was per stay. But when we went to confirm our car the next morning it was apparent that it was per day. I got the bill the night before checkout lol there's a little market behind front desk that's convenient.
Laundry room is great, it takes quarters for 2.25 per cycle. Drying took 90 minutes, didn't try to stop it at the 30 minute mark to check. You can get change at front desk. Water in the room is filtered, dispenser in gym. Wash your dishes before use.
