The property management team were very responsive and helped fixed our needs promptly and at no additional cost to our stay. They were accommodating to our need to check in early, and promptly communicative in letting us know we would not have a late check out available. Checking out was simple and there were very few requests of us upon leaving the premises. The house size was perfect to accommodate the size of our party and overall we had a good stay. The home was in a good location near many food and beverage places as well as groceries we needed for our trip.

The home was the perfect size for our Family gathering for the Memorial Day weekend. Exceptionally clean! There were a few issues with items that were previously damaged and noticed upon our arrival. I immediately notified owner and took pictures. The owner promptly responded and the communication with owner was exceptional!

Great place.

Unfortunately, there was some damage to the glass outer door. I was delighted with how the company communicated with me and they waived the cleaning fee for the concerns that I brought up. With just those minor problems the place was amazing and spotless the hosts were just as amazing with listening to me. With how great the communication and house were, I felt bad bringing up my concerns. But the host handled this with such professionalism. I would love to use this place again and highly recommend it to others.

Stay in Franklin Park

Home was spacious and had all the rooms we needed for 4 adults to stay. Very clean. Beautiful home. Some observations, no table lamps in any of the room for reading, only ceiling lights. One of the window panes in the front door was broken. Covered with cardboard which was a safety concern. 2 dining room chairs were broken. Unsafe to sit on. The back gate to the parking area was difficult to open and the wood frame was coming loose. Exposed nails Several houses to the back of the property were boarded up, would not have felt safe to walk alone in the area.

Very communicative company, house was nice and mostly clean (trash from previous tenants was overflowing in outside trash cans but the company came out to handle some of it). Great location, loved being able to walk to the conservatory.

Wonderful Stay!

This house had everything we needed for our family of 6. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our privacy. House was very clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication from the host was top notch. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family here in Columbus!
