We had a great time staying in this house! Really liked how close it was to so many things and how much space there was with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The huge island was a plus too! The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond when we reached out about anything.

In The Heart of It All

Great house!!

The property looks as nice as it does in the pictures. Great neighborhood, right across from a grocery store and close to many great restaurants. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds and their own full bathrooms. If I ever come back to Columbus, I would definitely stay again.

Would Recommend!

We rented this house for Thanksgiving weekend. It was a perfect place for us six adults who stayed there and the seven kids between us who all go to OSU to have dinner with us! Plenty of room, clean, all the amenities you could need and Kroger literally steps out the door! Charles, the host, was quick to answer any questions we had and was easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again!

Overall the property met our basic needs. The fourth bedroom is quite small, no dresser or functional closet. Beds were comfortable. The gravel front and back yard were very hot in the July weather.Property is more of a party like venue, ideal for OSU related events with its proximity to campus. Less a property for mini-vacation.

Great Outdoor Space

We had 3 families traveling together for a Horse Show at the Ohio Fairgrounds. It was pretty close so made travel there and back convenient. We enjoyed having to not share bathrooms and everyone had their own sleeping space. Often we sat around the kitchen counter on the many stools and talked! The best part was the back yard area. We did have a big truck and 2 cars and we took up every bit of parking but made it work! The 3 outdoor couches with the cozy gas fire table made a great space to relax after being in a dirty barn all day. And the hot tub was magic to soak in! Great Stay!

Overall- great!

There were only 2 things that could have been better about this property. The floors had not been mopped in some time and were dirty. The neighborhood was not terrible, but it was an urban downtown area with some less than considerate neighbors. The location was perfect however for attending a conference at the convention center. This home allowed all of us coworkers to have our own room and bathroom while enjoying the common areas when we felt social. There was a Kroger across the lane and easily in walking distance. Downtown Columbus did not disappoint.

The place was nice. Needed a few upgrades. Smelled a little like dog urine but overall we enjoyed our stay. Need rods in closets for hanging clothes. Loved bar in kitchen and all of the stools. Also liked the fans in the rooms. Need to provide more towels.
