“Nice and peaceful location. Beautiful surroundings. New building is great but our suite wasn’t worth it. Although spacious but It’s outdated and needs renovation. I would recommend getting a regular room in the new building for any one planning to stay there.”

“Clean, comfortable room in a very peaceful and quiet setting. Attractive property with pretty grounds - all fairly close to the beach and La Isla. Only issue for us was that it is not within walking distance of Colunga, so options to eat at this time of the week/year without having to drive were limited. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

“Everything about this gorgeous lodge is fantastic!! It’s settled on top of a beautiful mountain in the middle of the countryside with fabulous views from everywhere. The apartment I stayed in was terrific and a short distance from the main lodge. They allowed my small service dog and it was perfect for us. I ate one breakfast and four dinners there (there’s nothing else close by) and they were wonderful. I’m a vegetarian and they did some special meals for me. The location is great; the staff……

“We just spent three nights at Hotel La Colina in Gijon, Spain. I have to say it’s been the highlight of our European trip. The location is secluded outside of town, but you can get into town in 10 minutes. We ate breakfast in the cafeteria every morning and the food and service were wonderful. The rooms were great, the views are fantastic, along with the hiking paths and best of all the staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip. Highly recommended, and we will be back.”

“La carretera hasta llegar al alojamiento es un poco delicada para la gente que no le gusta mucho las curvas, pero el esfuerzo de recorrerla mereció la pena. Está situado en un enclave privilegiado, rodeado de montañas y naturaleza, con unas vistas espectaculares desde su terraza. Se respira mucha paz y sosiego, es un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la zona rural de Asturias. Estuvimos muy cómodos, la habitación estaba bien equipada.
