"No nonsense clean room. Friendly staff. Great parking. Asked for ground floor room since we were traveling with our dog and got it. Restaurant across parking lot was good. Great stay. I recommend it. "

"Phone wasn’t working when we arrived , continental breakfast could have been a bit better and more space , they have it in the front desk area and seems to only be able to fit one adult at a time. Great parking and front desk is very attentive."

"Everything was great! The staff were great, the breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was the air conditioning. There was a unit by the window and a thermostat by the bed and I had to turn both off because I wasn't sure what each did."

"Worst breakfast I have seen in a long while. Post 10pm check in was thru a Kiosk which was terrible. Took 15-20 minutes. Bathroom looks like it was last remodeled in 1912."

"Okay so. Staff were kind and friendly so I was conflicted when writing this review. I reserved 2 rooms. 1 was fine but the other smelled like mildew. We kept the bathroom fan running and the window ajar but couldn’t escape the odor. Possible the room was closed up after shampooing carpets, not sure. The bathroom did appear to have mildew along the floor at bathtub. I’m sure they would have given us a new room and in reflection, I’m not sure why I didn’t ask. Prob tired from the trip. The beds were crisp and clean though. Comfortable as well. Make sure to bring your own shampoo. There was a small pouch of shampoo and conditioner. Pool is very very small. It was dirty as well from the windy day but no one was addressing the issue. I don’t reco Granzellas though. Food awful, drinks awful, service slow. Their store is awesome though."
