「Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. Joseph was very attentive and awesome host, we were late for breakfast on the last day but he kindly accommodated us, the food was awesome,...

Quiet (off the main road where most of the accommodations in town are located), homey feel but clean and well kept. Everything about this place was a thumbs up from us. 「It was nice and relaxing clean and no isuse」

「The property is being refurbished. Apparently this has been ongoing since January. Front of building covered in scaffolding, workmen permanently onsite including today. Parking in Llandudno is horrendous. Spent over an hour driving around looking for a space. Definitely won't be going again. Far too much aggravation, not worth the trouble. 」

「The house is warm and comfortable, perfect if the Welsh weather is not playing ball! The location is perfect - both in terms of the wonderful views but also for visiting the many local attractions. During our week’s stay in April we visited the Zipworlds at Betws-y-coed and Penrhyn Quarry as well as the steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Conwy castle. All within 15-35 minutes drive. Even South Stack at the far end of Anglesey was only an hour away. Bodnant gardens National Trust is only 5...
