The property is looked after very well. Nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is great to be a base for exploring around beautiful north Wales. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all less than 3 mins walk.

Just what we wanted

Our apartment had everything and more that we needed to enjoy our stay. It had a well equipped kitchen in order to cook a variety of meals. The lounge and bedroom areas were comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious shower unit. There was also had a parking space right next to the door. Will be booking again!

Great place to stay

Second time staying at the Beachmount this time in the Studio Apartment it was clean, well equipped and has a very comfortable bed. The sun was shining for me and the apartment gets the last of the summer sun. Limited parking on site but loads of free safe parking on the road. This is a great place to stay beach and Co op just two min walk to each. Would recommend the local Fish and Chips and the ice-cream trolley by the Smallest Church. Go to Bodnant Gardens for a lovely walk. Would highly recommend staying here.

the rooms were very nice and clean, the downside was on the days that the weather was bad, we were cold, the little heater in the sitting room did not warm up the room. The window in the kitchen was open and was too high to reach and close. The shower stall could do with some sort of mat to prevent anyone slipping and hurting themselves. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The hallway and stairs to our room was always clean.

Quiet relaxing break in Rhos on Sea

Rhos on Sea was a lovely quiet destination. Good for a peaceful escape from everything. Colwyn Bay is only a 15-20 min walk down the promenade. And Llandudno a short bus ride. I got a day saver ticket, for £6.30, which also allowed me to visit Conwy which was beautiful. The apartment had everything I needed, and being a non driver was ideally situated. The nearest pub/restaurant is just a 4 minute walk away. As is a Spar/Co-op and other shops. Not loads of shops/pubs/restaurants but we’re adequate for my needs. I can recommend the local Indian takeaway too.

Very nice location just a block from the ocean. Two grocery stores and dining options a couple of blocks away. Centrally located to explore the area. The studio was spacious. Having the kitchen in a separate area was very convenient. It had all the cooking tools we needed. The laundry facility was excellent. The owners are very nice and helpful. We certainly recommend these apartments if you need lodging in the area.

1st class stay at beachmount appartment

We had a lovely stay at the beachmount apartments. The accomodation was 1st class, very clean and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. When we are back that way we will definitely try to book there again.

Mini Break

The apartment was extremely well appointed - everything we needed was provided. Impeccably clean. There was parking for each apartment although we parked on the road as it is a little tricky to get out onto the road. A lovely touch that milk and welsh cakes were there on arrival. Although we didn't meet the owner, I had great communication via e mail. Only a short walk to the main part of town. Well situated for visiting places such as Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle and LLandudno. We would return if ever back in the area.

The apartment had a very bad stagnant smell, which would not leave after opening up all the doors for an hour we had to go to the local shops to buy fragrant diffusers and neutrodol to get the smell OK enough to sleep in. Furthermore there were spider webs all over the walls. It seams that the cleaners only came in to change the bed abd clean the kitchen and toilet and not bothered to clean anywhere else. If the apartment was cleaned properly and aired out correctly this would have been an ok 2 star place to stay.

Very comfortable and clean. Lovey and warm on the chillier days and nights. Only negative is the amount of crockery and cutlery, along with missing a few kitchen items.
