"We had a great stay at this motel. Check in was super easy with a provided door code. The room was unique and charming, but nicely updated as well. The Big Texan restaurant/gift shop being within walking distance was a huge bonus after a long day of driving. I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"We stayed in a smoking room as it was the only room available and Amarillo was sold out. Room was absolute dump, ceiling tiles in bathroom ready to come down, blanket rough and had holes, window curtains with water stains and holes. No excuse for a hotel selling rooms to be this run down. Spend your money somewhere else."

"I checked in then checked out a couple of hours later. It's located I40. Traffic noise was secondary to noise from other guests playing loud music. Next I heard a gunshot. Scratchy, stained sheets. Dirty carpet. Pool filled-in with dirt. All doors look like they have been jimmied by thieves. Check-in staff was friendly though."

"The place was disgusting. Straight up. We paid in advance (through Expedia)and didn’t even stay one night. We left and went to the Marriott, which was lovely. DO NOT reserve this dump"

"New, clean, good location and amenities! Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!! Hotel bar is very festive and lounge area like being in a home. Restaurant available with good happy hour, but didn’t try. Huge workout facility. Turf area outside with fire pit and grills and room for kids to play. Rooms/beds comfy with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. Also, help yourself to coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24 hrs. ALL for a more reasonable price than the bigger chains. Some traffic noise and smaller bathroom only negative—stay here anyways!"

"Way over priced for condition."

"This is the worst place I have ever booked! The property is run down bad. Mattresses in the parking lot, a spray painted car(including windows) rolling through the property. A trash bag over the smoke detector. Holes in the walls stained sheets. The door looked like it had been pried open. I came from out of town and booked 2 rooms and stated a very late check in. My son checked in. When I arrived I was told that I did not have a reservation that I arrived too late and the rooms were all taken and they could not accommodate me. I asked for a refund. They told me that I booked through a third-party and I paid them so it wasn’t their problem That day I immediately checked my son out of that room and found a new hotel I will never never stay here again"
