“Very clean, comfortable house. Very quiet , quaint neighborhood! Beautiful view of the sea, great restaurants around. The property has lemons, orange and pear trees that you can consume if you want.
The best part is the owner. Mirca is a beautiful soul, and she cares about your stay, and will go out of her way to make sure your time is pleasurable. She is the best part of this house. ”

“Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Alberico hat es geschafft, den ursprünglichen Charakter dieses tollen Steinhauses zu bewahren. Trotzdem ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Besonders das Bad ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse, von der man einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die bewaldeten Berge des Umlandes hat. “Assez Bon emplacement pour les visites. Pb de stationnement dans pitelli. Propreté du logement très douteuse (douche dégueulasse, join de frigo ignobles, Micro onde sale...et j'en passe.). On a pas intérêt à casser de la vaisselle sinon on ne peut plus manger. Le logement sent le moisi et la wifi est restée à la 2G. Le propriétaire reste tout de même à l'écoute.”

“Sehr schöne Lage. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz für unsere kleine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre alt). Obwohl außerhalb gelegen, ist man sehr schnell in La Spezia, usw.Chiara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps. Sie kümmert sich super schnell und gut um Fragen und Anliegen.”

“Pros: Casa veramente carina e pulita, proprietari carinissimi e gentilissimi.
Posizione ottima, vicino hai un mini market, una rosticceria e una lavanderia a 1 minuto a piedi.
A 5 min a piedi hai bar e altri servizi.
Per andare al mare si può benissimo andare in bici e in 10 min sei arrivato.
Se hai un cane come noi hai un giardino grandissimo dove farlo correre.
Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.
