「A clean and tidy apartment, didn't have any shampoo in the container (empty). There was a mechanical misfunction in the bathroom overnight, causing a loud banging on 3 seperate occasions, when I phoned to report this the following day I could only leave a voice mail and no one returned my call. The banging occured once on the second night. I am unsure if it was the air-con (we had it off in our appt) or, faulty pipework - whatever it was, it was loud enough to wake me and my 2 daughters each...

「Beautiful beach views. But access to the beach is not easy down a steep slope. The house was very clean but the decor is dated and the lack of a dishwasher is unacceptable as surely common place in a family home. The entrance to the property from the street is dangerous as the gate has to be manually opened while the car is still in the way of traffic. On our last day we were awoken at 7am by heavy duty construction next door which went on all day. The host said he was unaware of construction...

「Lovely spacious house with a great kitchen and a big yard. Unfortunately there were a few issues eg blocked drain, the fridge handle broke, not enough bowls (only 7 for 6 of us). The property managers were great and fixed these as quickly as possible. The other issue was construction noise, so that as a light sleeper in the main bedroom I was woken up before 7 every day. Not really what you want on holidays and I feel it should be noted on the property profile. Also the fenced yard was not great...
