“Property needs a lot of maintenance and the bed mattress was so stiff we didn’t sleep much”

“The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.”

Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great .”

“This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.”

“Calm,safe,and parking easily. Kind of remote country, so driving arriving in daytime is easier than night. Helpful and hospitality host. Breakfast is good with cut fresh vegetables and fruits. “We really enjoyed our room. Based on the listing, we were not certain what to expect but the one bedroom unit was very well setup. Pool view was unique/cool and kids loved it. On site restaurant was nice/convenient. Parking situation required a bit of navigation but staff was excellent. This was our first visit but we would stay again.”

L'interno è elegante e le camere sono confortevoli. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata, ma si sono adoperati per risolverlo. Colazione minimal, si potrebbe fare di più.”

“A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!”
