First off, Alexia is one of the best hosts we have had at anywhere. Friendly, super helpful and she has an apartment that is pristine. The location being 5 minutes from the harbor right in the middle of the historic city center makes it easy to walk to boat tours, the ferries or restaurants. You will love staying at this property and working with Alexia.

Lovely apartment, great location easy to get to all of Como’s attractions and with 100 cafes to choose from it was sometimes difficult to choose where to dine

Very good location and clean

Property was perfect location for easy access to train and ferries around the lake. Very clean and owner was very helpful. Some early morning noise from cafe down below but other than that was great.

I just stayed at Charming Como in May for 2 nights for a short business trip. The apartment was extremely clean. It was well furnished, with plenty of room and lots of windows. The host had extremely good communication and made the entire process simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Was very relaxed at this cute apartment. It is also in a great location to get around everywhere. Highly recommend and extremely appreciate the great communication. She also kindly helped get us a taxi to pick us up on the day we left. Fantastic!!

Great Location!

We loved our stay in the Charming Como property ! The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. We were a block from a bakery that made the most amazing bread, a few blocks from the lake and steps from amazing restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a perfect place to wind down after a day in Como. BUT, the best part was waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh baked pastries wafting up from the cafe below! WOW! If you want an amazing place to stay in Como, look no further.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were modern and beautiful, the location was fabulous and the owner was very helpful with our arrival. The setting for our family was very nice and extra items like a beautiful crib for our baby was an unexpected and very nice touch. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the location and the apartment was fully stocked and absolutely beautiful.

Not only was the apartment in a beautiful location with easy access to the trains, ferries, restaurants etc, the owner was so incredibly helpful with suggestions and advice. The name of the apartment "Charming Como" says it all. This is a very clean comfortable apartment centrally located with easy access to everything. Alexia was a helpful host and had plenty of great recommendations for activities and places to eat. We can highly recommend this apartment!
