The host Isabella was extremely helpful and kind. We were on a 3 week trip to Italy and it was the best hotel experience we have had. Great location just a few minutes from the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable, and check‑in was super quick. Anna was fantastic — really friendly and full of great local tips. She suggested La Pasta for dinner, and it ended up being an amazing choice. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a smooth, stress‑free overnight stay in Como.

While this may be an older property and not necessarily the best, their check-in taff was the best! Our shower door was broken and staff couldn't get our tv to work, but Anna, Anna and Karen were the nicest, most kindest and helpful with some personal needs that came up. We had some documents that needed to be printed and they were very sweet and accommodating to accomplish the task. The hotel was conveniently located, cose to the lake and many restaurants.
