“The front-desk admin during check in was jovial, personable, good fun to talk with after a long day's motorbike ride. She also told me where I could park my bike to keep it out of the rain. Such consideration is exemplary customer service. To boot, the room was clean, recently appointed, quiet, and bed was comfortable.”

I finally went on Expedia and was able to book a room that way. When I called the hotel directly to confirm less than 10 minutes after booking through Expedia, everything went south. “I stopped for the night on a road trip. I was checked in quickly & the room was sparkling clean. I was bringing the contents of a relative's refrigerator, so I was thrilled to see the larger, apartment-size fridge, not a mini fridge. Everything in the room was very dated, but I didn't care. The mini fridge & microwave worked, and the bed was super comfortable! The staff was just one woman who may have been the owner. She was super nice & helpful.”
