Beautiful Villa set in a delightful valley, close to Competa,Nerja and the sea.

Casa 2 is a modern 2 bedroom villa with a 4m x 8m pool eco salt water pool, so much better for the skin, hair and for the environment. It is situated in a beautiful valley on the Competa/Torrox border with stunning views towards the sea. The villa is set on a 2550m2 plot with a large patio and mature landscaped garden. It is a 20 minute drive to the charming town of Competa,15 minutes to Torrox Pueblo and 20 minutes to the coast. Nerja, with the “Balcon de Europa” and it’s fabulous beaches are just a 25 minute drive away. Granada, the “Alhambra“ and the skiing centre is only 1 and 1/2 hours away. There is a pergola with 40m2 additional to a 100m2 of South facing poolside terrace with a separate pergola and outside kitchen.

Inside the accommodation offers a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, coffee machine etc , 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The house features high ceilings with heating and air conditioning and there is a double sofa bed in the large living/dining area.

There is free WiFi available and all the English TV channels plus a variety of sky movies and sports. Apple TV is also available for Netflix etc.

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at this beautiful villa — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave!The location is perfect if you’re looking to escape the daily routine. The views are stunning, and the whole place feels peaceful, private, and thoughtfully put together. We loved the artwork and homey decor — it’s got that welcoming feeling, like staying at a good friend’s place rather than a rental.One of our favourite features was the garden lighting at night — especially the way the trees and pool glow after dark. It’s absolutely magical and perfect for relaxing evenings outside.The villa has everything you could possibly need, and we really appreciated how previous guests have left behind little useful things — from spices to dishwasher tablets. It's such a thoughtful touch and makes settling in even easier.The garden is beautiful, with plenty of seating spots to enjoy at different times of day, and there's even an outdoor fridge — a genius touch that saves trips back and forth for cold drinks. The pool is well maintained, and a friendly local comes weekly to take care of it.Extras like the dishwasher and washing machine are a bonus, and Torrox is just a 20-minute drive away, with shops, restaurants, and the beach close at hand.Communication with Adam was smooth and easy, just as it should be.This place is exactly as described, maybe even better — a real hidden gem.Would 100% recommend… and if I ever win the lottery, I’m calling Adam to buy it! :-)

Lovely villa with amazing gardens/outdoor areas

This is a lovely villa, clean and spacious and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, and then some, but what really makes it amazing is the outdoor space. Beautifully landscaped gardens, from the gated parking area to the private pool, so much space and different areas to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Amazing views across the valley and so much choice of where to relax, from sun loungers to 2 outdoor lounge areas, and at and several areas to dine and enjoy the sunset. Even a hammock!The photos shown here , great though they are don't do it justice. The coast is less than 20 mins and we were able to easily visit Torrox (big Lidl there);and Nerja. We went to Granada too which is about a 90 minute drive. Nearby Frigiliana is a must visit and we spent a nice day there. If you don't know the area I would advise arriving in daylight if possible. The villa is accessed from a twisty narrow mountain road off the Torrox to Competa road. Adam (property owner)helpfully provided a video which helped us find the villa on our first day. After that it was fine. For a peaceful relaxing place to stay within reach of some beautiful towns I would certainly recommend this.

Stilvolles spanisches Landhaus nur für uns!

Es war genauso wie wir es lieben. Das sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Landhaus mit einem gepflegten Garten hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Trotz des starken Unwetters waren wir hier sicher und gut aufgehoben. Für Personen die abseits des Trubels ihren Urlaub verbringen wollen ist dies der ideale Ort. Wir waren schon im vergangen Jahr von der Villa und dem gesamten Anwesen begeistert. Und auch dieser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Räume bis ins Bad hell und einladend. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Lage in dem sehr schönen Tal ist perfekt, es ist geschützt und der Blick ist traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder! Danke Adam!

Eine wunderschöne Landhausvilla mit allem was man benötigt um glücklich zu sein. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett die Kommunitation war sehr gut. Ein toller Pool und Garten mit Palmen wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was ein Highlight ist, ist der Ausblick den wir sehr genossen haben. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit Pool und großem Garten sehr genossen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und das Wasser sehr warm gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Weg zum Haus ist schon recht abenteuerlich, aber der Vermieter gibt sich große Mühe, dass es gut zu finden ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war insgesamt sehr positiv.

Hier stimmt einfach alles und wir konnten selbst im November noch regelmäßig den Pool nutzen. Der Blick in die Berge ist überwältigend - Idylle pur!

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem geschmackvoll angelegten Garten rund um den schönen Pool

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber bei Ankunft wird man total entschädigt. Der Blick ins Tal und die himmlische Stille sind traumhaft. Man hört mal mehr oder weniger Hunde bellen, aber das ist zu tolerieren. Sowohl Adam als auch das Personal für Haus und Garten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eventuelle Probleme werden schnellstmöglich behoben. Ende Oktober war das Wasser im Pool schon sehr frisch, das i-Tüpfelchen wäre ein beheizbarer Pool. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht haben.

Wundervoller Ort zur Erholung!

Einer der schönsten Aufenthalte in der Axarquía seit vielen Jahren! Mit unseren beiden Hunden verbrachten wir hier drei wundervolle und erholsame Wochen. Die tolle Lage und die Ruhe, dazu das perfekt ausgestattete Haus mit allem, was man braucht, plus einem gepflegten Grundstück mit großen Pool (abends beleuchtet) – was will und braucht man mehr!? Zur Finca selbst: Die Lage ist wirklich besonders, zum einen der tolle Blick und, da es am Südhang des Talkessels liegt, merkt man abends kaum die kalte Luft aus den Bergen. Das große Wohn- und Esszimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche voll ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alle Fenster und Türen haben Insektenschutzgitter. Außen gibt es drei Terrassen und einen Grill nebst Kühlschrank. (Noch ein Hinweis für die, die auch Homeoffice machen müssen: Alles, was über WLAN zu erledigen geht, passt. Mobilfunk dagegen kommt nur krümelweise vorbei. Dann ist es wie frei nach Kerkeling: "Ich bin dann mal Weg".) Danke Adam, für die wundervolle Finca und Zeit, die wir verbringen durften. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Amazing!

What an absolutely amazing place. The views are stunning and it is such an amazing place to relax. The outside is so well kept and the pool was a great size and temperature. There are lots of areas to sit outside either in the sun or under cover if it gets a little hot! The property was spotlessly clean and such a lovely place with real character. The 2nd fridge freezer outside was also really helpful for drinks and overflow food, meaning you don't need to visit the supermarkets as often (these were only 20-25mins away anyway and with parking in Torrox Costa). Contact with Adam was brilliant, really fast and helpful and even sent a video and photos to help with the journey to the property the first time! Others have mentioned the local towns, Competa, Torrox Pueblo and Nerja all within a 25 minute drive. The Aquavelis water park at Torre del mar is good for children of all ages too for a day out - it isn't too large and has lots of nice outside areas. Thank you Adam, we will definitely be back!
