"From before we arrived and for our entire stay, Andrea was a great hostess who answered all our questions quickly and completely. Check in was super simple and the accommodations were spotless. A great location for us from which to visit family and friends in the area. Kitchen and dining room were set up perfectly and front room very cozy. Highly recommended! "
"We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??
Other than that (and the expensive parking fee), this hotel is wonderful for families and has an excellent hot breakfast daily."
