We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」

Allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer - no Balcony - kein Fenster (was so nicht stimmte - denn es gab ein nicht zu öffnendes Fenster in den geschlossenen Innenbereich). Ein derartiges Zimmer ist eines 4 Sterne Hotel`s nicht würdig - aber sie haben uns mit extrem hohen Upgrade-Kosten ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we were a bit concerned about after hours check-in using a lock box to get room key, details provided were excellent and access was seamless. It has a great location, and despite just off main avenue, it was very quiet.
