Très bien situé proche de tous commerces et de la ville close. L'appartement est bien isolé, on n'est pas dérangé par les bruits extérieurs. Cap Ouest "Très bien 🙂 Clef remis en main propre par nos hôtes bien amical. La localisation du logement calme, nous avions tout à proximité, le port, la ville fortifiée, un marché des produits locaux ouvert tous les matins. Logement propre et cosy, literie confortable ainsi que le canapé lit. Cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut en bon état je précise. J'y retournerais probablement. 🙁 La vue sur la rue n'était pas top, mais on ne vas pas en vacances pour rester au logement, ce n'est pas un problème. Un placard ou une étagère dans la cuisine pour y ranger notre épicerie, pour ma part j'ai utilisé le dessus du frigidaire."

Cap Ouest "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und in Concarneau sehr genossen. 🙂 Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Concarneau. Kostenfreier Parkplatz nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Vermieterin war jederzeit über Whatsapp zu erreichen und konnte alle offenen Fragen beantworten."

Cap Ouest "Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage 🙂 Der Empfang hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist wunderbar eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten raus, ansonsten liegt die Küche und das Wohnzimmer zur Straße. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz, der etwas entfernt liegt, zum Ein- und Ausladen gibt es mit Glück Parkplätze vor dem Haus."

Cap Ouest "Appartement très bien placé dans immeuble calme. Place de parking très appréciable. Le coin cuisine séjour donne sur une rue très fréquentée mais la partie nuit très au calme. Bonne communication avec madame Costiou. Un bémol sur le prix ... un peu élevé. Concarneau superbe !"
