「Staff is 5-star…total 1st class group of people. If I owned a hotel I would take this crew and hire them away from you! They are the best.」

「The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I like the fact that it has a real comforter. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I wished there were more choices of restaurants around the property. 」

「friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly」

「Simple room with a comfortable bed and small window. No toilet paper provided. Bathroom floor was wet and dirty. Air Con worked well. 」

「Upon checking in, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. He showed us our room, seemed clean. We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. Problem #1 was the food we ordered, Chicken Cordon Bleu was very raw. The staff was glad enough to take it back to cook it properly, though. 「i booked in hotels.com but when we were about to check in they cant see our booking. 1 of our booking was seen in expedia.com. i showed them the confirmation receipts, bank details of payment and they gave us a room. staffs are accommodating」

「Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :(」

「I travelled with my wife and I really enjoyed my stay here. I even booked another extra room for my mother-in-law. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and smell good. The staff are great and there was one bell boy who didn’t accept a tip and he said it’s his job to be of service. I asked for another tube of shampoo because they come in small tube and I was given at once, no problem at all. Staff are great. There’s a manager there too (we supposed) who helped us secure another day booking even though...
