Sparkling clean, well maintained 1759 sq. ft. 2 story home with a sizeable yard! Self check in with smart lock and spacious yard with security gate for optimal privacy.
Bedroom Set up:
Bedroom 1- Queen bed with a good size closet, ensuite master bath and a private balcony with views of the hills.

Bedroom 3- 2 Twin beds
-High speed internet to browse internet and stream videos
-Living room has a 55inch smart TV with subscription to Netflix and Hulu.
-Amazon Echo will be your personal DJ based on your musical preference
-Daybed with pull out trundle bed for extra sleeping for 2 people
-The Kitchen has all amenities that you might need plus more. Brand new dishwasher, modern and clean with large refrigerator. High quality dishes and glasses are available for use.
-There is a dinning room attached to the kitchen with seating for 4.
-Enjoy indoor and outdoor living at its best with easy access to the backyard from the family room.
-Curl up with a book by the fireplace or a nap on the daybed in the living room.

Holiday Stay
The neighborhood was very quiet and the hills in the back were lovely to look at. Slept the family comfortably and when it came time to get ready each day, there was enough hot water for all of us and the water pressure was good. Conveniently located close (5 minute drive) to BART which was great for us.

Lovely home and good for 2 1/2 couples
Queen beds very comfortable. One of twins squeaks. Home in quiet neighborhood with nice area to walk. Lovely quiet private patio.
Kitchen well equipped but no small knifes only 3 large ones. Bring your own paring knife. No salad bowl but made do with a pan. We would stay there again for sure!
