「The view of the Ohio River is amazing. This cabin is more like glamping. The basic bathroom is separate from the cabin area on ground level. The shower was nice and hot. There is a basic "kitchen" area(sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer) on the ground level. There is no stove, hot plate or kitchen ware. There were dozens of dead flies in the window sill. 」

「Had a great stay. Cabin is awesome and very clean. Was a little difficult finding the pond but Jim answered my txt quickly and found it no problem. Fishing was ok but the weather was very hot during my stay. There’s quite a bit to do in the area. Very nice scenery. Would be a great deer hunting cabin for sure」

「Our get away visit/stay was just perfect! Super clean cabin the has just what someone needs to get away. Enjoyed the jacuzzi every night The host Frank was perfect in supplying all every one needs and the wine was great too! Will be back next time we visit family ! 」

「Traveling as a family of 5 is tough to plan and our teens are too big to share hotel spaces these days. Our stay was perfect for our family. The property is magic and our teens spent a lot of time exploring the trails and creek. We would love to come back when we can stay longer. So peaceful and just right for us!」

「We came down to Morehead for Family Day at Morehead State University to visit our 17 year old son who is participating in Kentucky’s GSP program there this summer. We wanted a home base for this trip close to the campus and even closer to the lake with a kitchen to cook him some home cooked meals. This cabin had it all!!! I’m a clean freak and this cabin was spotless and still smelled brand new. I loved the decor and aesthetic and the cabin had very nice finishes. My 12 year old daughter loved...

「The cabin and property are just as described. The cabin has a rustic feel, but has all the amenities one needs. It's very clean and very comfortable. The property is remote and private. One must follow the instructions sent, not your GPS for the final driveway, but it's clear with those instructions.」
