「I don’t like to give bad reviews .I enjoy giving credit and supporting businesses .In this case .I have reached out to the manager about a refund .Which now I have not gotten a response .They insisted I pay them even after my booking was paid for through Travelocity when I arrived.They said they didn’t get paid from Travelocity and in my case my flight got in late and I didn’t have much option to find another place so I paid them directly. If they can be so neglectful on a verbal return payment...

"La habitación del hotel es muy ruidosa, siempre hay ruido de tráfico y bocinas, y resulta muy incómodo quedarse en ella. El desayuno no se asemeja a las fotos. Cuando añadí accidentalmente más carne, el camarero me hizo un comentario negativo, y además, era de mala calidad. La cerradura de la puerta es como la que aparece en mi foto, lo cual me provoca mucha inseguridad. Tengo miedo por las noches y puedo oír el ruido de la ducha del piso de arriba. Por último, la ropa de cama huele fuertemente a productos químicos. En resumen, las personas con altas exigencias hacia los hoteles deberían considerar cuidadosamente este lugar."
