"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."

"Pretty average hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean but lacking drinking water and a kettle/ coffee machine. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Positives: All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and plenty of decent sun loungers but bar area was tired - as were lots of other communal areas. Gym was a bit random - some (brand new but) odd equipment in there but no mats, water or free weights. Location is about 2km from centre of Conegliano which we walked - go via the hill/ castle as it’s a bit more scenic (although still along a fast road in parts). Managed to get a taxi back from station on one night but struggled on the second. Definitely worth a trip into the centre of the old town for dinner - some incredible food and Prosecco. Overall hotel lacked atmosphere and could do with some modernisation but was fine for a couple of nights stopover. "
