  • Villa located in Conil de la Frontera, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

    This pretty holiday villa located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera ensures the privacy and quietness needed to make the most of your well-deserved holidays. Its three comfortable bedrooms are all provided with spacious built-in wardrobe, as well as cosy beds where a relaxing experience awaits you. One bedroom has one double bed, whereas the other three bedrooms have two single beds each. There are two roomy bathrooms at the guests’ disposal, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. This way, this villa provides the highest comfort to all the people staying here. The living area is distributed in two living rooms and a completely equipped independent kitchen. The biggest living room features a brick fireplace and a dining area, too, while the smallest one has comfortable sofas that you can make good use of during the chilly winter afternoons. Heating is provided via portable radiators.

    The gorgeous outdoor area’s beauty is enhanced by the well-maintained huge lawn, which welcomes a private pool. Poolside sun loungers provide the perfect spot to enjoy a well-deserved injection of vitamin D, whereas the covered pergola is the best place to make the most of mouth-watering meals, cooked on the nearby barbeque. You can also enjoy your breakfast in the covered porch, where a dining area is located. Lastly, as the whole property is fenced, your pet can enjoy the villa as much as you do, in complete safety.

    The access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane.

Josefa und Pepe sind hervorragende Gastgeber - freundlich und bei Bedarf schnell hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat Charakter, ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, technisch auf aktuellem Stand und vor allem sauber. Ein Highlight ist der große Pool und das gepflegte Grundstück mit den unterschiedlichsten. teilweise ziemlich alten schönen Pflanzen, welche wie von einem Gartenarchitekten arrangiert wirken. Wer es etwas trubeliger braucht, fährt nach Conil, wer eher unter Spaniern beim Abendessen sein will, findet in der Umgebung ausreichend Gelegenheit in einer der vielen Ventas. Ein Auto ist obligat.

Gut gelegenes Haus mit Garten und einem spektakulären Pool. Das Haus ist auf einer Ebene, gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten und angenehme Räume. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Ein paar Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt und auch das Städtchen Conil wo man alles findet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Conil genossen und es war sehr nützlich als Ausgangspunkt, um die Costa de la Luz und einen Teil der weißen Dörfer der Provinz zu erkunden. Kurz gesagt, wir waren sehr gut;)

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Behandlung bei Pepe war sehr herzlich. Er ging durch die Haus mehrmals, um den Pool zu reinigen und zu überprüfen, ob wir es nicht verpasst haben? Kein Problem. Der Poolbereich ist bis ins Detail gepflegt und hat eine recht breite Liegewiese. Das Haus verfügt über WLAN, Smart-TV und alle notwendigen Utensilien und Geräte für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Um ein "aber" zu sagen, während unseres Aufenthalts und aufgrund der natürlichen Umgebung, in der sich das Haus befindet, gab es viele Hähne, die im Morgengrauen zu singen begannen und dies hat es etwas schwieriger gemacht, sich auszuruhen. Für uns war das jedoch kein großes Problem.

Casa bien situada, con un jardín y una piscina espectacular. La casa es de una sola planta, bien equipada. Camas cómodas y espacios agradables. La propietaria muy amable. A pocos minutos hay un supermercado y también el pueblo de Conil donde se puede encontrar de todo. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia en Conil y nos ha sido muy útil como punto de partida para recorrer la Costa de la Luz y parte de los pueblos blancos de la provincia. En resumen, que hemos estado muy bien ;)

Estancia muy agradable. El trato con Pepe fue muy cordial. Se pasó por la casa en varias ocasiones para limpiar la piscina y revisar que no nos faltase de nada. La zona de la piscina esta cuidada al detalle y tiene una explanada de cesped bastante amplia. La casa dispone de wifi, smarttv y todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios para pasar una gran estancia. Por poner un “pero”, durante nuestra estancia y debido al entorno natural en el que se encuentra la casa, habia muchos gallos que empezaban a cantar de madrugada y esto ha hecho un poco mas complicado descansar. Sin embargo no nos ha supuesto mayor problema.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten, super Grill, tolle Sitzecken im Garten und schönen warmen Pool. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, eine zweite Kaffeemaschine wäre angebracht. Die Zimmeraufteilung auch bestens alles auf einer Ebene. Das Wifi war sehr schlecht ging am besten im Garten da hier sich anscheinend mehrere Häuser einen Router teilen. Nette Vermieterin die aber nur Spanisch spricht aber mit Google Übersetzer klappte alles.
