Rustic style holiday home in Conil de la Frontera, less than a 10 minute drive from the beach and coves of Roche, and under ten minutes to Conil town centre.

There are no problems parking here and the location is great, in a quiet residential area.

Maximum capacity is for up to eight people.



EQUIPMENT



The house is very large and bright. It consists of four bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the other two have two singles. Thery are large airy rooms. The lounge-diner is also large, and there are two separate kitchens which are all fully equipped with utensils, fridge-freezer and microwave. There are also two bathrooms. This is the ideal house for large families, or two families. Pets are permitted upon request.

There is a large patio which is fully furnished in a rustic style, with a barbecue. The swimming pool has sun loungers and a rear store room.



LOCATION



This house is close to Roche and the coves, around a 10 minute drive away.

The town of Conil de la Frontera is around seven minutes.
