「Windows were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The internet did not work in the two bedrooms on the bottom floor. It was hard to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that it was okay.」

「Mein Mann und ich sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist. Das war möglich, aber langwierig. Es fährt ein Bus nach Ballycotton, aber nur zweimal am Tag. Da der Ort kein Lebensmittelgeschäft hat, ist es mühsam einzukaufen. Entweder man fährt in die nächste Stadt Midleton und kann aber erst nach 5 Stunden zurück oder man läuft zu einer 4 km weit entfernten Tankstelle über Straße mit regem Autoverkehr. 「Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit huisje. Het is niet groot, maar heeft alle voorzieningen en is super schoon (wat ik heel fijn vind). Vooral de kleine extra details vond ik leuk, overal was aan gedacht; shampoo, douchecel, maandverband, extra toiletpapier, theezakjes, doosjes ontbijtgranen. Wij voelden ons heel welkom hierdoor.」

Staff is helpful. there is a train station on one side of the building, if you are a light sleeper consider the opposite side. Would definitely recommend staying here.
