Daydream Away, at our peaceful, roomy, 4 bed home, near the lake in Conneaut.

  • Stay comfortably in Conneaut at our 4 bed, 3 bedrooms house on a quiet one way street. Two bedrooms on the first floor feature queen beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The first floor has a 1/2 bath, TV for streaming, stereo with old records and a large kitchen. The second floor has one room with two twin beds, full bath, game room, reading nook and a comfy seating area. There are window units for when the cool breeze isn’t coming through. We have a large yard with a fire pit, hammock, table and chairs. Our home is close to the beach (.8 mi), marina (.3 mi), WWII museum, playground and pickle ball court around the corner. The back entrance has 5 steps with a key pad for entry. There is a security camera at the back. Come to charter a boat, kayak, find the covered bridges, visit the local wineries or to just relax.

We had a great stay. Check- in was easy and the house was perfect for our needs. Most importantly, the host was amazing. She saved our vacation plans when I made a mistake with my booking dates. She was so easy to communicate with and accommodating.

This cozy little cottage was perfect for my family of 5. It was clean and fresh, with airy rooms and cute furniture. The rooms were all good sized for my teenagers. There was a game room and crafting area with some coloring books etc. for my younger child. The kitchen table was large enough for meals and the spices were stocked. It was walking distance to the beach (2 blocks?). There were a few restaurants within walking distance and the quaint downtown is a short drive away. Be sure to check out the shaded hammock in the spacious yard. Plenty of space to toss a volleyball or play badminton. Conneaut is quite bike-able if you have a bike. As is common with classic cottages, there is no central AC but the window units did a great job keeping us comfortable during an unprecedented heatwave. Margaret was also kind enough to make sure there was coffee and creamer available for us. Overall a terrific property with great hosts. I will be coming back!
