Great House for vacation with Family and friends💚

Great house with lot of space and a nice big garden to play in. We had a great vacation in the house. The house is exactly as the description and the surroundings were perfect💜

Nice charmant house

Nice living room and fantastic terras Beautiful garden Great pool Bethroom and bathroom are ok, just a bit older. We had a very pleasant holiday there. You don't have to go out every day to feel like you're on holiday. The house and garden offer many opportunities to have a good time. Tios for outings: Etretat with its beautiful rocky coast and charming Rouen pleasantly surprised us. Versailles is also worth a day trip.

It was overall a pleasant stay. The garden is by far the most amazing part! The house is great however a bit dated and could use a little makeover. The arrival was good even as the contact with the owner! The neighbours were quickly irritated because of the ‘noice’ outside.

Beware! Decent house, but terrible host

I had the worst experience with a host. After I booked and paid through Vrbo, for 48 nights for 14 persons, the owner asked for an additional payment of 42% of the price. I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel. After some days of messaging, when the emergency state was imposed in France and she realized she will not get other guests, she accepted my offer to pay a small additional amount and finalized the booking. The pictures in the presentation are not very accurate. Some of the rooms upstairs do not appear in the pictures. They are rather small, crowded, and connected. Also, in one of the pictures a washing machine appears, but in reality there is no washing machine (true, in the text description it does not appear). It was not reasonable for my group to stay for 48 nights without a washing machine, so I offered to buy and install one, at my cost. The owned suggested a friend that will sell and install the washing machine for 250 euro. I accepted. But the guy just came with the washing machine, collected the money and left the machine, without installing it. Our guys did the installation in the end. Closer to the end of the booked period, our plans changed and we decided to leave 6 days early. And again something unbelievable happened. The owner (Chantal) tried to get more money from me. She asked for an additional 100 euro for cleaning, even though we paid at check-in for the cleaning, the amount that she requested. I clearly refused, so she did one more thing to make the whole experience "complete". She said she cannot come for check-out on Friday evening, even though we announced her on Thursday. So we had to stay and wait for her until Saturday at 9:00, instead of leaving at 5:00, as we planned. So definitely I will not book this property ever again. And I do not recommend it.

Don't rent this house - ne loue pas cette maison

Traduction française ci-dessous The garden of this house is nice, big and next to the Seine. But that is the only good thing about this house. The house itself needs renovation, it is dirty and a lot of things are broken. A short list of defects: broken crockery and glas. broken chairs broken cabinets rusted cutlery dirty old couch mold in the bathroom, bathrooms are dirty broken hand shower The stairs in the swimming pool are loose Various light switches are broken and provisionally repaired very small kitchen (6 m2 with one small electric stove, not enough for 10 persons, let alone for 18) Bunk beds are two normal beds put on top of eigether broken lock in the bathroom tiles terrace are broken and sharp fence terrace broken (and therefore not firm) door frames and doors are dirty fireplace still has the ashes and wood of the previous tenants dirty air from septic tank The house is rented out to 18 persons. But there are only 4 bedrooms. There is a bedroom created in a room with curtains as doors. In the corridor they have put 4 beds and the couches in the livingroom should make two beds, but they are to dirty to sit on. The only persons we saw in the house were the housekeeping team and a friend of the owner who cleans the pool. None of them spoke anything else but French. We called the owner but she didn't want to solve any of the problems. She only started to yell at us. If you want to see the real pictures, send me a pm. Le jardin de cette maison est beau, grand et au bord de la Seine. Mais c'est la seule bonne chose à propos de cette maison. La maison elle-même a besoin d'être rénovée, elle est sale et beaucoup de choses sont cassées. Une courte liste de défauts: vaisselle et verre cassés. chaises cassées armoires brisées couverts rouillés sale vieux canapé de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, les salles de bain sont sales douchette cassée Les escaliers dans la piscine sont lâches Divers interrupteurs sont cassés et réparés provisoirement très petite cuisine (6 m2 avec une petite cuisinière électrique, pas assez pour 10 personnes, encore moins pour 18 personnes) Les lits superposés sont deux lits normaux posés au dessus d'un lit simple serrure brisée dans la salle de bain les carreaux de terrasse sont cassés et pointus clôture de la terrasse cassée (et donc non ferme)  les cadres et les portes sont sales air sale de fosse septique Pour les photos envoyez moi un pm

Très bel endroit. Décompression totale

Grande maison en pleine nature. A savoir quand vous louez qu’il y a réellement 4 chambres fermées, un coin nuit ouvert et dans le passage des chambres du haut. 1 chambre en bas mais les salles de bains sont en haut. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, cette configuration ne nous a pas géné car nous sommes très amis,suffisamment proches pour que la proximité ne dérange pas. L'extérieur est incroyable, apaisant, un régal pour les pêcheurs. La piscine est grande mais pas chauffée. Seuls les courageux se sont baignés. L'accueil des personnes présentes est adorable, bienveillant. Merci à elles.

Annonce bien loin de la realite

Attention a vous si vous etes un gros groupe ! La maison n'est faite que pour 8 personnes maximum! Certes le nombre de lit peut accueillir 17 personnes ,mais elle nest pas faite pour cela . La cuisine : bien trop petite pour cuisiner . Le frigidaire ne pouvait meme pas contenir la moitie de tout nos aliments. Pas adapté du tout pour un groupe. Nous avons demande à la proprietaire si elle avait un deuxieme frigo . Il y en avait un mais nous navons pas eu l'autorisation d'y acceder. Nous avons du stocker nos aliments DEHORS !!!! Les lits : la moitie des lits se trouvent sur une piece paliere et non une chambre. Niveau intimite on repassera. Sanitaires : pression d'eau tres faible, quelques souci d'eau chaude Menage : on nous demande de payer EN LIQUIDE des frais de menage . Hors , lors de notre arrivee , nous avons retrouvé quelques cafards morts . Pour le menage , on repassera . Bien etre : on oublie de vous dire que la proprietaire vit sur les lieux , et que chaque jour elle se permet de passer vous voir , hyper intrusive et sans gêne a certains moments . Nous louons pour etre tranquille et ne pas etre visité tous les matins . Enfin , impossible de mettre de la musique , meme doucement , les voisins ne se generont pas pour etre desagreable voir insultant . Pour conclure , la publicite de cette maison nest pas honnete , ne prevoyez pas de venir si vous etes un gros groupe . Prevoyez aussi des pulls , la maison est tres froide.

Séjour très agréable !

Nous sommes restés deux jours dans la maison et Chantal est accueillante et disponible. La maison a beaucoup de charme et le jardin avec la Seine au bout est fantastique. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Un week-end au vert

La maison de Chantal est accueillante. Le séjour et la salle à manger sont très bien conçu et très agréable à vivre. La vue du séjour et le jardin est magnifique. Une vraie partie de campagne avec la sensation d’être loin de tout. Maison idéale pour un week-end .

Très beau moment

Nous avons fait la suprise de louer cette maison à une amie pour ces 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L’hôte est charmante et disponible. Nous avons profité à fond de la cheminée, nous avons adoré la disposition des chambres très conviviale. Nous avons visité la ferme pédagogique Anymania qui est seulement à 15 mn de la maison car nous étions avec beaucoup d’enfants en bas âge :) Bref nous reviendrons dès que possible. Merci encore.

Magnifique séjour

Patfaite communication avec l'hôte. La maison et son espace exterieur est parfait pour un groupe de 15 personnes. Nous avons adoré sejourner dans cette maison qui est absolument splendide. Piscine grande et propre, immense jardin avec table de ping-pong, badminton, jeu de fléchettes... Nous recommendons a 100% et encore merci pour tout !

Magnifique week-end

Magnifique week-end, jardin formidable, accueil parfait, maison très bien. Petit bémol, il est important de préciser sur l’annonce qu’on aura dans une aile de la maison le couple des gardiens. Ils ont été très discrets et sympathiques mais sur le principe on peut vouloir l’intégralité du lieu pour soi ou en tout cas être au courant ( j’ai été prévenu 2 jrs avant arrivée ) Passé ce détail qui nous a un peu refroidi au début, on a adoré le lieu et avons passé en réalité un week-end formidable! Jardin vraiment exceptionnel au bord de l’eau, piscine gigantesque. Merciiii et je reviendrai. Benjamin

Week-end en famille

Week-end familiale agréable au sein de cette charmante demeure, dans un cadre verdoyant des plus agréable. Parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille, cependant bien penser à la répartition des chambres en amont car le dortoir étant situé sur le palier du premier étage, il ne bénéficie d'aucune intimité. Quelques petits travaux seraient les bienvenue au niveau des poignée de portes, des salles de bain ou encore de la porte de la grande chambre au premier qui ne ferme pas, mais rien de bien méchant. Le jardin quand à lui est juste parfait, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause de la météo, mais nous nous sommes rattrapé sur les sports de raquettes et autre. Merci pour tout.

Agréable sejour

Pince à vivre chaleureuse et bien décorée, la vue sur le beau jardin y est agréable et la cheminée marche bien. La cuisine est vraiment très petite ainsi que l’entrée, pas de place pour poser manteaux et chaussures; quelques problèmes d’électricité. Accueil attentif de Chantal, bon séjour.
