「Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. 」

「We had a nice stay…they were pet (cat) friendly which we appreciated very much. We had sold our house and needed a week to wrap some things up and this rental turned out to be perfect. 「The host was fine. The unit was not as described. Here are all the issues. 1. Every time we left the property we ended up having to send a message to get back in because gate access kept expiring after 1 use. 2. There was minimal cooking essentials. 「The listing dies not come close to matching. Listing says "sleeps 3" but there is only a queen size bed and we had to purchade an air mattress. Host states "just reach out if you need anything!" We tried to reach out on five different occassion, never got any responses! TV for location states "smart tv" it is not it is only ROKU. States "parking available" only if you can manage to squeeze in to driveway next to the hosts vehicle. Location does not come close to what is advertisec!」

「Stayed here for a month while working at the medical center and it was great! The place was clean and in a convenient location, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and things to do. Towels were provided and replaced. Of note, I paid for the gated parking because the parking outside the gate is first come first serve, which I’m glad I did. Would recommend for long term stays. The host was very fast to respond and checked in every once and a while, which I appreciated.」
