Clean room and friendly staff. It would help to have a sign to point to the front desk. Wasn’t too thrilled to see ceiling panels removed from our hallway. Also the faucet in our room was loose along with the toilet seat. Otherwise it was ok nothing really strode out.to make up want to come back.

Staff was nice. Issues checking in as the first two rooms were a problem. One was under construction and the second was occupied. 3rd room was nice. Noisy neighbors stomping around all hours of the night, so lack of sleep due to that. Pillows flatter than paper. Shower was the best feature hands down. Bunch of people hanging around the pool smoking at the entrance, couple wannabe thugs smoking and mean mugging all the customers entering and leaving the hotel. Overall, Super8 can get you the same for alot cheaper, even Motel6.

We were disappointed., especially after hotel was just renovated. The elevator was filthy, with dead bugs and items that had been spilled. We found nail clippings on our floor immediately after checking in. We saw bugs in the kitchen area as well as a partial bird nest that was on the inside of the window. (Built from outside, but shoved through the window sill at the top.) There is also no ice machine available except in your freezer, which was empty and very slow to produce ice. The shower was literally painful. You couldn’t put your face in the stream because it felt like it was going to rip your skin off. There’s no way a small child could handle the pressure, they would cry. There was also mold between the window and AC unit that had obviously been painted over. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the pillows were nice. The evening and weekend staff were very friendly. The hotel isn’t close enough to anything to walk to. (not their fault, just providing information.). Needless to say, we won’t go back. We will spend the extra money on a nicer place, and one within walking distance to a convenience store.

Hotel is somewhat clean. Our room was clean but the halls needed some work. It smelled like old food on our hall when we checked in. Overall we would stay here again. For the price and the friendliness of the staff you can’t beat it.

We spent I think 2 nights here, it was very comfortable and clean, no complaints, house keepers did a wonderful job and didn’t bother us often at all. Although on our LAST night (thankfully lol) I saw two small cockroaches within an hour.. but were fine! Wonderful people!

I had a great stay at Candlewood Suites Houston (The Woodlands). The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, everything I needed for a comfortable and restful visit. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax. The only slight concern was the low staffing during nighttime hours. The front desk receptionist wasn’t always available when needed, which could be improved for better guest support after hours. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
