I was genuinely surprised by how nice our room was

I’m not going to say I was expecting much for the price, we got the most basic room offered, but I was very happily surprised when I walked in, very clean, and the staff at check in was very nice. Will be staying again

Liked the gated key card access for parking and the parking and building was patrolled by security guard after dark. While the lobby and rooms were air conditioned, didn't like that the hallways and elevator was not.Also the 3rd floor ice machine only worked the first day I was there.

Great Customer Service

Pros: Great customer service and very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! The hotel and room looked clean and loved the hardwood floors! They offer housekeeping daily which is a huge plus! Also, did like that they had the hotel gated! Cons: The bedsheets, towels, and shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The bedsheets had many spots! They didn't change the comforter when housekeeping came!

Charged twice pissed this motel is not motel 6 it changed its name. Very miss leading, I prepaid was told to cancel my registration and would not be charged twice. Miss lead by name change of motel I paid double fir 1 night. I am reporting this service abd hotel to BBB and consumer complaints!!!

Worst staff ive ever dealt with . felt like i was a criminal trespaser everytime i walked back into the lobby. No microwave or refridgerator in the rooms . honestly wish i went somewhere else .

Motel 6? More like Motel 666.

No AC in lobby, smelled dirty, room had a microwave sitting in the floor, no shower curtain, and no housekeeping. Checked out early and refunded.

No Air Conditioning in the lobby, room was not ready on time. Elevator is scary clunky and loud... desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but you obviously don’t care much for your employees if you leave them sweltering in The Houston Heat this time of year... and if guests have to wait in the lobby, then their comfort means nothing to y’all either.
