「Beautiful modern hotel in a beautiful traditional building in the heart of old town Constanta. You can’t beat the location with old town right out your window, the boardwalk and the beach within walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet (our stay was Tuesday-Thursday). To be extra picky the only issues we had was no AC during the winter months so it was really hot in the room. Even with the windows open we were hot. 「it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. If you go to the reception to use the gel from there you will get some strange looks. the room itself was clean, except 2 forks and 2 knifes you don't get anything with the room. the fridge and the AC are unplugged from the socket, so you need to do it...
