Came back 2 hours later and still not cleaned, my partner went back to reception then had to show receptionist the mess left in the toilet, she said had checked and hadn’t seen anything wrong so just left it the first time.. couple hairs on the bedding, but after trying to sort the toilet never bothered to say anything. spa showers not very clean, clumps of hair. Restaurant had no menus, had to wait about 10 mins...

「Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. 」

「We loved our stay at White O Morn cottage. It was cozy and comfortable. The owner has curated a vast collection of charming, witty, playful and musical items that we enjoyed. The working fireplace was a delight on a rainy morning. The owner was very responsive for a minor adjustment. We were able to park on the street. The cottage is proximal to walkable Conwy. We would recommend this lovely cottage to others and would definitely book again.」

「Had a wonderful week away. The accommodation was spotlessly clean . The view from the balcony was amazing too. The train does pass by but it’s not too bad. Would stay here again 」
