This cabin is so cozy, so quiet, so clean and is in a beautiful wooded area. My best friend since girlhood and I lounged on the front porch, relaxed in the great new hot tub and watched a movie on Netflix after enjoying our days at Tenkiller Lake. I want to go back for sure! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was VERY comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay at this nice cabin in the woods. Dana was very friendly and helpful to work with. The cabin itself is nicely decorated and the well-stocked kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook. The location is very secluded and private while being right down the road from the lake and marina in one direction and supermarket in the other. Ate at a great restaurant, Big Red, which is not far from there and also drove through the beautiful parks nearby. Anyone wanting to fish, get back to nature and have a super nice place to stay, this place is for you. We hope to be back soon.
The host was amazing. There was a change in plans twice and she made sure we were accommodated. Close enough to the water we were able to kayak to The Goat Island just a little ways down from the cabin. Absolutely amazing time.
My husband and I had a great time here for a weekend getaway! It is such a cute little place and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is close to everything and was a great home base for our lake adventures.
Cute lake house in a nice area. Needs updated pictures as the refrigerator doesn’t have ice/filtered water. A downside was the hot tub never got hot so we were unable to enjoy it.
Overall this was a nice place. Close to Lake Tenkiller marina and only about 20 minutes from Tahlequa.
The host is super nice and responsive. There was an issue with the front door sticking when locking but they are aware of it, and getting it resolved.
Would stay here again.
I was looking for a quiet, comfortable, secluded cabin near the lake and this was exactly what I wanted! It was clean, well furnished, and close enough to the lake to go to several different areas within 10 minutes. It was also very easy to find. I'm looking forward to going back again, hopefully sometime soon!

Don't do roaches.watch t.v.roach crawling on screen.used bug spray you had under sink.
Need a thorough cleaning Food under sofa cushions.Counters, floor dirty when we got there.Bed creeks when you even move in it.Outside grill on inside is all rusted and falling apart.Needs to be fumagated.Lots of gnats and roaches.Big roach crawled across the counter while I was cooking, crawled out of paper towels sitting on counter.I killed a centipede this morning before I left. Also a lot of spiders.
This could be a really relaxing, quiet, intimate, getaway place. It's back two well-maintained gravel roads on a dead end. There is a house which is occupied on the premises and no fence. The fire pits (2) are in the house's side yard in front of the cabin. The lake is driving distance; I'd guess about 2 miles. And down a very large hill.Could be.The layout, as you can see in the photos, is all one large room. But, there's a noisy icemaker. Cooling is a noisy window air conditioner. If you wash any clothes, both the washer and the dryer are noisy. Since there's only one room, you can't get away from it. And the surfaces are mostly acoustically reflective, which doesn't help. There's a really nice deck with three outside chairs and a, to us anyway, really nice gas grill. But be sure to bring bug repellant.Speaking of, we killed at least a dozen and a half flies inside during our stay. We didn't get them all, and I'm not sure we even made a dent. We asked twice for a fly swatter, but none came. BYOFS.Also, BYODW. The water, which is all we really had to drink, tasted close to swimming pool. We used the hot tub. We liked it. There's not a private way to get to it; you come out the front door, down the steps, along the side of the cabin on gravel, and get to the gate in the privacy fence. There's no place to hang anything, but the lid folds up to make a nice shelf on either end. Just don't splash too much. And that air conditioner? It's mounted right above.
Property was really clean and updated with great amenities (toaster oven, toaster, kueurig, full kitchen with mixing bowls, cheese grater, pots, pans, etc.). Fantastic location just a mile from the cookson bend marina and campgrounds where you can see the Cookson Bluffs, and right by The Deck which was a cool little local restaurant. My one complaint was that there was only one working ac unit in the kitchen, which is the opposite side of the house from the bedroom, which made it stuffy to sleep on the bed. I bought a cheap box fan and put it on a chair by the bed and slept great after that (bed is comfy w/ clean sheets), so if you have a fan you will be totally fan cause the little ac blows good and keeps the unit cool, just no air circulation back to the bed area, which can be stuffy sleeping. There was another ac vent by the bed area but it just did not appear to be working. May be fixed when you stay there. Cabin is on the same lot next to another unit as well that you can't see in the pics, but noone was there much when i was there and I still had good privacy. Overall, clean and updated little cabin with a great location that I would recommend, just bring an extra fan!
We had a great stay. Clean and updated. We had WiFi and lots to choose from on the tv after we came in off the water. I wish we could have brought our little dog with us.
