「The location was perfect. Communication was excellent, both with Joshua and the property managers. The suite was comfortable. The only things keeping me from giving 5 stars are that the kitchen needs to be better stocked (we had no bowls and very little silverware) and there was no bedding for the hideaway. Both issues were handled within 24 hours but for future guests, it would be helpful to make sure these are checked before arrival.」

「Quiet neighborhood. Older house that has been very well maintained and was very clean. Host was very responsive and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Koi pond oasis in the back was very peaceful and a wonderful bonus! 2 outdoor kitties made appearances and were very curious. :) Our family of 5 stayed overnight, on our way to the beach. It was the same price as a single hotel room in Birmingham. This home was a much better choice! We would definitely stay here again!」
